Have been using Curry’s for a long time but have had difficulty with an order recently and the response for staff at the Grantham store has been terrible. Poor customer service, lack of communication, apathy of the highest level – great if they have the items in stock awful if they don’t – beware ordering anything to be delivered in store as you could be waiting weeks without any form of communication. Will bust on Amazon in future and save the headache!
Exceptional service tonight from the Grantham store.
We were served by a lovely young lad called Josh. He was very patient and talked us through all of the different features the TVs had to offer.

Unfortunatley, I am now sat watching football on the TV so that my husband can absorb the quality of football though an Oled. I would much rather be watching a good serial killer documentary. I suppose I will have to wait my turn!
I wanted to be in and out to buy a watch and the staff was so short! It took 40 minutes. The manager was so busy he couldn’t look after what I needed. He undermined the team and continued to direct the overworked staff on were to go.. it’s so frustrating when you wan to spend money…this happened when I bought an oven in December. I just wanted an oven.
