Shocking service!

The gentleman in the shop asked me to post a great review whilst I was there in the shop before my iPad had been returned! I have since edited my review!

This is a picture of my iPad now… the marks that you can see were not there before and when asked to solve the problem, they took it back and couldn’t apologise enough. When my dad went to
Pick it up a week later after all promises that it would be fixed as it was them that had caused it, they then told him that it wasn’t their problem and they hadn’t caused it!
Absolutely livid!! I’ve looked after my iPad so carefully to have this happen to it and no way of having it repaired as it would cost me too much. I only went in for a new battery
My daughter’s phone which went in for a new battery had since blown so we now have to go somewhere else to have it repaired as I don’t trust this business one bit! Absolutely shocking customer service and I’ll be making sure others know this too.

Wow! Mobile just stopped responding and screen wouldn’t respond to anything. Couldn’t even swith it off. The guys at Libyana fixed in by magic touch in no time at all. I was back in the office before my coffee was cool. Super service. My first choice every time.

My son’s phone wasn’t charging so we took it in to Libyana. It turned out that it needed a replacement charging port. PS30 and 1 hour later it was charging perfecly again A+++. Highly recommended.
