Bought a computer last week from this company and was impressed with the speed of delivery.
Unfortunately the computer screen was not ( refurbished) it was faulty.

After raising the issue and sending pictures I was Informed that I would need to send the computer screen back to then be able to get another one

This really wasn’t much of an option as I needed the computer and I don’t want to be with out a monitor for that period of time so I just bought another one

Although the response was quick I think considering I raised the issue on the same day I got the computer and provided pictures / video and think it wouldn’t have been unreasonable to have a monitor sent to me first or arrange a swap service witch wasn’t offered

In the end I cut my loses and bought my own

When a company advertises a computer monitor as refurbished then that mean works 100% but may show signs of wear
Unfortunately I think I just given any old monitor that wasn’t even checked

Don’t think I’d recommend this company and will be taking further business else we’re

Brought a pc from these it came quite quickly I switched it on and it was going into a continuous loop of a recovery mode. After calling them and being on the phone to them for almost a hour they sent me out a usb with windows installed on it. So I had to wait another 3-4 days for this usb to then install windows on there when it should’ve been done when I brought it? The headphones they sent looked like someone that just stamped all over them so they did replace them. Once I installed windows on there it started working fine I downloaded gta and fiveM started playing then when I turned it off and turned it back on it started going into recovery mode again and I would have to go through a long process to get it back on and sometime the WiFi wouldn’t work on it it was just very faulty so I ended up sending it back for a refund.

Avoid this business at all costs. There customer services is 100% terrible. They have sold us a pc with a corrupt disk. It was agreed 3 days ago they would send a new hard drive out. Once I received this HD I would get a call and be instructed how to install the drive. I call them yesterday to ask when they dispatched the Hard Drive and they said log in on on back and send the drive back. I explained to them what was agreed they are 100% not intrested. Bar in mind this is a big Christmas present for a 12 year only girl we also pain PS1200 for the drive. I would avoid this consonant at all costs they very good at taking your money but not so good at sorting out problems and customer after sales care is 0%. This review is honest and a bit of customer service of these lot would have not resulted in this review.
