I bought an iPhone 11 on 29/07/2023 and I left the UK. after 3 months the phone stopped working on wifi and bluetooth and only mobile data worked, I wanted to send it for warranty and I saw that the writing on the purchase receipt was completely erased (but on the payment receipt with PS370 it was complete) and they couldn’t repair it under warranty so I paid PS75 to repair it but I waited a month, after a month of waiting my wife fixed my bluetooth but my phone broke, the book no longer works in it and now I have to give it back to fix it (but I wasted a lot of time, a month plus 4 transports of the phone from Romania to England of 7.5 PSx4 PS30 on shipping and a month plus to lose until they fix it (DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE !!)

Initally tried to charge me PS85 for a new phone screen which was then changed to PS65 which I was happy with. Collected my phone half an hour later and they tried to sell me a phone screen protector and phone case to which I said no to. Phone worked fine initially but now it scrolls upwards by itself, the screen stops working on its own suggesting the phone screen was not replaced properly nor professionally. not to mention I have since had 2 unauthorised sign in attempts on different apps which suggests they took personal info from my phone. Seriously not happy and will be seeking advice on the matter

Happy with the services they provided. Very friendly helpful and attention to detail and quick I could say. The screen replacement was done to a maximum standard and been given and 1 year warranty. Fair prices. Easy access just at the heart of the city centre inside the marlands shop centre.
