Dropped my phone in water and was distraught as thought i had lost everything including of photos of my husband who had recenly passed away. James calmed me down and although he didnt promise anything he said he would so his best to help. Omg did better than that , saved

Horrible customer service,
Had a PS15 screen protector fitted , there was visible lines on it after being fitted, the lady who did it said that those will disappear in 24h and if not, to come back to replace it.
Lines never disappeared and when I went back there was a guy saying that he can’t replace it for free.

Paid PS15 for a screen protector which looks like a clear tape.
Definitely not recommended!
Dealt with Liam today who was very honest and informative regarding a phone repair I needed done, lovely fella to having a discussion with too. Browsing the shop it’s very tidy and presentable with what looks to me high grade products and reasonable prices. As opposed to the cheap phone case shops you see all around Southend… Will definitely recommend.
