Iain deserves every one of these stars! My son bought a new graphics card for his gaming PC but couldn’t finish the installation. I completed the Computopia website form (nice and straightforward) and Iain contacted me shortly after. We took the PC to Iain late morning and he’d completed the work by the end of the same day, ready for us to collect the next morning.
Iain is very knowledgeable, approachable and extremely efficient.
I have since used him again and am planning to replace my son’s PC case for which I will use Iain for the component transfer from the old to the new one.

Fantastic service. After taking my PC to another shop because of freezing issues, and them telling me there was nothing wrong, I sought a second opinion. After reading the reviews, Iain was my next call, and I wasn’t disappointed. He was professional and kept me informed via text of the progress of the repair.
