Used twice over the years. First time was when my phone fell out of my coat into a puddle. This was a Samsung and it was fixed within 3 days (it was a Bank Holiday weekend). Another similar incident happened this year where my Samsung phone packed up due to water damage (an occupational hazard due to working outdoors) and cycling. Again sorted within 2 days. The guys are polite, friendly and helpful. There is also free parking for customers so need to pay on a meter if you are visiting the store. I will be back soon.

What a brilliant, friendly efficient, reasonably priced service I received today! I was in bits after my iphone broke down completely. I control everything from business access, to bank cards to leisure activities through my device and hadn’t back it up! The phone was repaired, working perfectly and back in my pocket in 30mins! Took a dead iPhone into the store late afternoon… within an hour I received a phone call advising of cost involved.. upon approval of the quote the phone was repaired within the hour.. was impressed with the store communication, both over the phone and in person.
