Annoyingly en route to St. Austell for my brother’s wedding I ended up spilling Pineapple juice on MacBook! I immediately asked the Bride (who’s familiar with the area) for anyone nearby who can help me out, and lo and behold Bits and PCs was around the corner from my hotel. The staff were lovely and BIG shout out to Scott, he was very thorough and remained as positive and realistic as you can with a situation like this. Especially knowing that I’d have to go back to London in 2 days, he got it sorted as soon as possible.
Honestly, thank you again Scott and if I’m ever back down here (hopefully not for the same problem) I’ll be sure to pay you a visit just to say hey!

Having trodden on my laptop and broken the screen, I needed either a repair or a replacement machine. Hayley came recommended to me as reliable, trustworthy, efficient and friendly. Having checked other reviews I entrusted the repair to Hayley and her team and am delighted to say that the screen was replaced, a full service carried out, all as per her initial estimate and in a friendly manner. No hesitation in recommending on to new customers. Well pleased!
Fantastic local service. My PC shutdown at 3:30pm and wouldn’t turn on. By 4:45pm I’d taken it in, it was diagnosed, repaired and handed back to me.
