This is an honest review from my experience. I have brought in a gaming monitor in really good condition. No scratches not nothing. i left it there so they can test it for an hour. i come back and they say to me they cant accept due to a dangerous point mark on the side. that mark was not there. they mustve broke my monitor on purpose in order to not buy it. really poor experience. im looking in to sue them as this is unacceptable.
Not a good experience went to purchase a movie , staff acted like they couldn’t see me. I’m 6ft 3 and black maybe that’s why I was invisible to them . I had to ask if I could grab the blu ray which I was holding , at the time there were 3 members of staff at the till.
If you support EDL I think you should leave that at home, when at work treat everyone the same.
This store keep cancelling my order even though they show it as in stock on the website I ordered for delivery and they cancelled it and today I ordered for click and collect and they told me its unavailable and will try to deliver it Im going to keep this a 1 star review until they actually deliver it
