I needed to change from my very old desktop system to a new laptop, transferring a lot of information across – way beyond my technophobe skills. I contacted IT Made Simple and Chris (together with one of his business associates) put me at ease straight away, talking me through it all in language I could understand and actively discouraging me from spending more than I needed to. Once it was all agreed, Chris came and set up the new system. All done from first contact to up and running in a couple of weeks and very reassuring to know that Chris is only a ‘phone call/email away if there’s anything I don’t understand. Great job, highly recommended.

My experience of using IT Made Simple for the first time was I have to say first rate. I was fortunate that Chris was able to collect my laptop which was having issues on start up and give as reasonable diagnose of the the problem as possible at that point which thankfully was not as serious as I had imagined as I use it for a lot of promotional work. THe quote for the work was straightforward and fair in my opinion.
His team were able to fix the problem and return it to me at the given time via an excellent courier service which was all included in the price.

Chris built a superb maqchine for me about 5 years ago, it has since been the backbone of my practice. I suffered a drive failure a few weeks ago, stopping me working effectively. Chris dropped everything to come to my aid, he got me up and running straight away and a few days later replaced the drive, in fact 2 drives, upgrading my machine so that it again forms the backbomne of my business for the next 5 years. Chris doesn’t build for today, he builds for the future needs of the business, he doesn’t just stick a plaster on a problem. Again, superb service from Chris. Can’t recommend him more highly.
