Omar at iDevice Lab is simply fantastic at what he does.

As an IT Technical Consultant myself who understands the knowledge and attention to detail needed to provide the service Omar does it absolutely blows me away how much knowledge Omar has when it comes to doing board level repair on electronics. No task is too big or too difficult for Omar. He is prompt, priced EXTREMELY well and the quality and attention to detail of the work is phenomenal. I have had 2 devices repaired so far by Omar (A lenovo that was liquid damaged and a Nvidia 1070ti Graphics card that blew a capacitor and blew a hole through a 3 layer board).

To put it into perspective, the GPU he repaired for me has 3 layers that are sandwiched using precise machining in a factory. Omar was able to not only repair 3 layers of fire damage from the burnt out capacitor but he was able to perfectly replicate the layers, restore the traces, test and then went onto rebuilding the next layer. The result was a fully working Nvidia GPU that not only worked but performed better than it did before. The level of skill, dedication and attention to detail is unmatched.

Both were fixed extremely quickly and to a phenomenal standard. In the past, I used other board level repair places who simply cannot compete with Omar’s quality of work. I solely use Omar now for any device repair needs and recommend everyone to use Omar at iDevice Lab.

The manager and all staff are so helpful and will give you the best advice even if it means they will receive less money for the job. Excellent customer service and they are so friendly. Very quick repair for my daughters laptop at an amazing price. Thank you so much
