David listened to my views on recycling and refurbished models and how they help the environment. He sourced a refurbished computer with the spec needed for the video editing I wanted to do. Without his help I wouldn’t have had a clue what to order. But when I went to pick it up, he had gone the extra mile, setting it up ready for use, so it was basically plug in and go… and he had done something techie, to make the processor speed better. I hadn’t expected any of this, and it was awesome. I would 300% recommend.
We have used Gloucester Computer Services for our ICT support for a number of years and have always received an excellent service. Our recent purchase of an interactive board was provided at a competitive price, all being handled promptly and efficiently from quote through to installation. Dave is a very friendly and knowledgable person. My MacBook had crashed and Dave had it fixed within a few hours. He also gave me a free upgrade of my RAM which was unexpected but very welcome.
