I have read some negative reviews regarding this company but I cannot understand why. They have in the past replaced a damaged laptop screen, I’ve purchased a new laptop from them and they transferred the data from a completely flattened laptop. In the last week they repaired a desktop computer which wouldn’t boot up, all data saved and the computer has never been so fast, and have just repaired another laptop which for some reason wanted to auto delete data. Personally I can’t fault the service.
Update, 5 Apr 24, took another laptop which was slow to boot up and open any programs, picked it up 24 later all fixed.

Brought a surround system speaker from here which turned out to be cheap junk and one of the speackers didnt work properley, took it back same day with recipt, was ovvered “vouchers” for there shop which I refused as just wanted my money back, the idiot haggled with me over it and after contacting his manager they finally agreed to refund me my money only if I was banned from the shop! I returned it as it was with recipt etc same day so decided to never go back and get my money back. Cheap items with amateur staff, Do not use!!!

My husband’s phone is with you I have consistently asked for an estimate to be emailed to me in order to complete an insurance claim. You have still not sent it He has already paid you PS25 deposit then a further PS65. We will NOT be paying any further money to yourselves until I have the estimate/claim and we are sure we will recoup the monies from our insurance company.
