I brought 2 iPhone 11 phones to get them valued with a view to selling them. I had already had them checked over at another second hand phone place on so was very aware of the condition of the phones. Say Nama on Whitton High Street, lied about the condition of the phones saying the speakers and microphones weren’t working properly and would not honour the price they had quoted when I brought them in. The guy in the shop was condescending, dishonest and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I found a shop a few doors down from them who did a full check of the phones while I waited and gave a much better appraisal of the phones, confirming there was nothing wrong with the speakers or microphones.

In response to Say Nama’s comments to my scathing review of their business, at no time did I use the threat of giving a bad review if they did not purchase my phones. I went back to the store the next day and just collected my phones. No threats made as I did not want to give them my business.

We had tried to sell our phones through an online company (not CEX as they stated) prior to coming to Say Nama and were not satisfied with their offer so requested our phones be returned. The guy behind the counter at Say Nama said the phones were faulty because they were locked to EE which is not a fault, just a fact. ***Steer clear of this shop***
They are just not honest, and will stoop to any level to try to deflect any responsibility. Poor, poor service and not able to accept constructive criticism.
This is just another example of wheeler dealers out to make a quick buck! Shame on you!

I had gave my mobile to repair to fix screen. Guy told me it will take 30 minute when I went to collect he said there is problem to screen need to com tomorrow after techician come will give call.next day they put new screen and same time they told problem with battery and I told to change but the battery they put was died battery
just 4 % remaining.if you replace new batteries it should be at least charged one not died. I feel lik fishy.

They are very nice guys and they have very reasonable pricing for phones as I brought a iphone 14 pro max and they give me very deal along with free tempered glass and a cover . And the guy over there Vansh is very helpful and professional technician who knows whats hes doing. I would’ve struggled for days but he made it look like piece of cake.
The store is actually tech heaven. I’m so glad i went in.
