I wanted a pixel 6 battery replacement. Online they quoted PS50. I called in advance to check they had stock and they confirmed “pop in, we have stock, quick job, no issues” (spoke to Philip). I arrived that weekend for the repair.

Ismash told me that there is a high chance they will break the screen fixing the phone. If they do I have to pay half of the screen cost.

Not half of the actual cost of the replacement screen. But half of the cost of screen plus fitting (around PS175).

They were unable to tell me how often they break a screen while replacing the battery. They had no idea why this isn’t on their website when you book it in and they made it very clear that they are as frustrated with this as I am.

If it was on their website or was mentioned when I called.. fair enough.

It seems that they add costs for you to pay on arrival

The button on my i-phone was broken and are urgently needed to get the phone working again so I could pick up my emails. Ibrahim Teenwala came to the rescue and repaired the button whilst I waited in the shop. Ibrahim sorted the whole thing out within 15 minutes of me walking into the branch my phone was repaired. Thanks Ibrahim you did a great job and thank you for fixing it straight away. Keep up the good work.

I brought my phone in to fix a smashed screen. The screen was fixed but the home button would not work and it would not charge.

I know what I am doing so I opened the phone back up and none of the screws affixing to the main board were tight – all loose. I tightened and it fixed it. They did 90% but not the final part.

I would not use again because of this.
