Useless liars. Took a psp in to trade the staff member who served was struggling to close the battery compartment all the way. When I returned for the test guess what the compartment was now broke and closed easily but they refused to take it as it was now broke. When confronted about it they point blank lied to my face. Now I have a broken psp I have to buy spare parts for. But don’t worry I’m sure the reply to this review will be another denial and try to blame me for their mistake. As is the cex way. They take 0 responsibility for their actions.
Edit: also the first member of staff checked over the psp and battery compartment beforehand, if it was broken before cex had their way with it he wouldn’t have even had it tested in the first place.

Might want to check your staff guys. Ive returned this since it’s faulty. The lad tried to make out it was my console despite it being 5 months old your Mansfield store even cleaned the disc for me since it was that battered and its back out despite it being faulty.

Such a shame, was a good store but poor practice on this one. Why buy anything else when this could be a occurring thing?

Why is this acceptable to the consumer?

Some games I’ve purchased were faulty/wrong region but I returned them and a helpful staff member explained what had happened and gave me the correct game. They do make occasional mistakes but it’s not all employees faults and they do provide good products of a large variety most of the time.
