I took my iPad to The Phone Doctor in Swansea Market yesterday as my Grandson had accidentally snapped the charger lead end off inside the port. I was expecting to leave it with him and come back with it repaired and a bill for his services.
He immediately took out some tools, whipped the offending cable end out in seconds, tested it and handed it back to me ‘No Charge’ !!!
I am so impressed with his honesty & of course skill & knowledge that I will be returning whoever I have any problems and will definitely recommend him to all of my friends! Well Done & Thank You !!!

I needed a new phone but first had to get my old phone repaired. Karan was so helpful and friendly I decided to buy my new phone from him. He set it all up and patiently answered all my questions. If you want super customer service with a smile, I couldn’t recommend more.
