Tim is a top chap, who is so modest, and really knows what he is talking about. My laptop was in need of urgent fixing and I rely on it heavily for business purposes. Tim was aware that I would struggle without my laptop, he lent me one of his for a couple of days and set it all up for me. Two days later Tim called to say that he had solved all the issues on my computer.

My laptop developed a fault and wouldn’t boot up. I took it to a local, established computer shop who could not solve the problem.
In desperation, I searched Google and notice the positive comments for Tim and his work.
He quickly established what the problem was, provided an estimate for the work (which proved to be the actual price; no hidden “extras” or surprises) and completed the repair within four days.
The laptop is now as good as new.
