Have been a loyal customer for years. Before it was run by Trevor and he was on the ball. Never had one issue. Now its run by Pete Stradling who is all over the place. We had some outstanding invoices many months old and instead of calling us and asking for us to pay them he sent us a court summons. What kind of business man burns bridges like this. He states he called me but this is a complete lie. No call received and im with my phone 24/7. Says he emails loads of times but all i got was normal statements. No letters or anything.

His prices are too expensive and he made multiple mistakes with orders which cost our company financially. This is fact. Be prepared to have your orders messed up or the wrong thing delivered or not even delivered at all. Nevertheless i let these things slide because of respect. Clearly we were not extended any good will in the same way.

Clearly i have been dealing with someone who just cant handle business. Suffering from cash flow issues himself so takes it out on customers. The invoices were very small amounts.

Suffice to say he will no longer have any business from us. Most of the equipment they supply is drop-shipped by Mayflex so you might as well go there direct.

My advice avoid this firm at all costs.

My personal experience with this firm is a very poor level of customer service. Orders promised next day not delivered. Not just once. This became a regular occurrence. Stopped using them back in March as the service was soo poor.

Needed some 2 Way Gel Filled Connector Crimps , and they helped me, fantastic service.
Location is a bit difficult to find though so see my picture the shop is opposite the skips, see my blue dot on the screendump pic
