Awful experience, told me I could get my phone repaired yesterday, they phoned me back to say that they needed to order a battery so I left my phone with them overnight. My partner checked with them at lunch today to see if it was ready and it wasn’t. I went back to them just after 4.30pm to collect it and apparently they couldn’t fix it and would need to send it away, so I took my phone and left. When I got home I went to take the sim out to put in an old phone to find sim was missing. I phoned them to question them and was told that they didn’t access the sim and that they could ask me the same question where is the sim. I put my trust in them to fix my phone and they lose part of it. I will never use this place again.

they don’t know how to repair phones, I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max for repair and paid a lot of money PS350, the screen was supposed to be original but it seems to me that it wasn’t because when I went into the phone settings it said that the display – unknown. The screen stopped working after 3 days from the repair, stripes appeared on the phone, I was to give it to repair and they made us call back or that it was too hot, unprofessional service! They know how to take money first but they don’t know how to fix their mistakes. 1/10 I don’t recommend it, and the case will be reported to the police because there is no confirmation that the screen was original, it is possible that the cheapest from AliExpress

Maybe if you want to buy a phone or actual electronics, but not accessories!

I bought an iPad screen protector from here and had it installed on, the worker didn’t pay any attention to it that it was completely crooked. I had to lift it up when I got back home and adjust it, which is when I realised the protector itself smells like mould! I understand that it was stored in warehouse so maybe not so well maintained and got damp or something but if it’s in that condition maybe don’t sell it to the customer?
