My husband bought tempered glass screen protector for my phone that cracked during an application. The shop refused to replace or give money back instead offered to bring the phone to them and offered to apply one for free unfortunately this is not an option for me as I work long hours and can’t bring the phone to them. So if you do buy tempered glass screen protector it’s better if they apply it in the shop for you.
Do not get your iPhone battery changed with this shop. The new battery they put in my phone was even worse than my old battery. I also bought a charger with them and that keeps saying not charging when I try to use it. Both items are faulty. Please be mindful when using these services. That you pay for what you get and go to Apple if you have an iPhone not a cheep phone repair shop.
Generously gave me very helpful advice which enabled me to retrieve all the data and photos from my elderly and clearly terminal phone when they could very easily have taken my money and done it for me. I very confidently recommend Mobile Pro, great service and clearly very knowledgeable. Thank you!
