Definitely recommend James! My I phone had an old crack in the screen which started to cause ghost touching making my phone unusable. I dropped my phone off at my appointment time and came back an hour later and it was all finished and working with the new screen fitted on. James explained the lifetime warranty and that if I have any issues to come back. 24hours later and I have not had any more issues. So much cheaper than going through Apple is an added bonus! The whole process was super quick and easy.

I called James to discuss a repair on a Friday evening. On the Saturday (early afternoon) I dropped it off.
