I used Gadget Rehab to fix my Bose headphones. I was a little reluctant if I’m honest because you just hear about such negativity and scams etc, hence me writing this review. Once I made contact I was informed step by step what I needed to do and what they were actually doing. The diagnosed the problem, informed me what it was, told me the cost it would to repair and waited for me to decide if they were to proceed. I really wanted the headphones for a long haul flight and they were fixed in plenty of time for my holiday. I have had no issues with the headphones since GR fixed them. I am now happy to be taking them on my next holiday. If anyone is (like I was), a little unsure, then don’t be. GR are extremely professional, they are prompt, reliable and will keep you informed as the investigate etc. I had my headphones fixed at the end of November and as I prepare to go away again, I realised I’d not not done a review. Gadget Rehab diagnosed the electronic problem with my 20 year old Meade LX200 telescope very quickly as a failed Tantalum capacitor. They ordered the part, repaired and tested the device and I collected it all within a week. I had been unable to find anyone else in the UK capable and willing to undertake this repair.

Professional, timely and most important, effective. I’d attempted a laptop repair myself and, whether or not that made the issue worse or not, they took on the job (which no other tech I could find in cov would) were up front about costs (which were fair) and provided some follow up advice to boot. Would recommend, will use again.
