I can’t praise Mobile Solutions Malvern highly enough. I’m an OAP, so easily bamboozled by tech. I was having difficulty charging my phone, sometimes it charged but other times it didn’t. Today I was in Cheltenham and took it into a shop to be told I needed the charging port replaced at a cost of PS90. When I got back to Malvern I took it to Mobile Solutions. I told the nice young man that I needed a new port. He disagreed and said all I needed was for the port to be cleaned, which he did; this saved me a lot of money. Thank you Mobile Solutions, I will certainly be using you in the future

From start to finish these guys were brilliant. Diagnosed the issue on my son’s switch over the phone. Turned the repair round in 2 days. Quoted me less than the job actually was, their error and they wanted to stand by the lower quote. I said no as I felt their service was great so we split the difference.
I would recommend this local company to anyone.
