Awful customer service. Bought a sim only phone for my daughter. PS99. Paid with card.Got a receipt. Payment taken from my account. “Ghost transaction”. Young person helping me, on hold with the payment department to take funds. A “Manager” appeared, wasn’t asked for. Rudely hung up the on hold call, told me they not taken money, it just pending. I get money back in 3 to 5 days. When I asked what happening, asked me to leave store. Eventually wrote me a note if I don’t get money back. Rude, aggressive and totally useless. Milan is his name. Also had a few staff surround me, very intimidating. I reported it to currys, and as fraud to my bank. Never ever using that joke of a store again. So 99 short in bank. No phone. And time I gonna have to waste getting my money back.
My ipad needed replacing after 6yrs got idea which one I wanted. While looking at ipads staff didn’t speak next to us .We then spoke to another member of staff I said ipad he said no it’s a tablet and made the issue how I was wrong I been called it DOES IT MATTER. Then passed onto another member of staff who was very good but as there was only 1 left after a good wait it was located behind the display We then paid and went home. I then could not plug my Tablet in as was not aware the plugs had change and not being ask if I had a this plug.we then drove back where I pointed this out but got the plug with PS3 discount only because i asked .

Went in for a switch game and picked up one of the five cases that were on the shelves. However, when I got to the till, I was told that they had none in stock.
They kept the case I gave them behind the till thinking a good well done, yet they leave the remaining cases on the shelves, waiting for the next customer to repeat the experience I had.
Also, every person working there under the age of 30 were on their phones. Come on guys.
