Steve helped me with a replacement hard drive last week and he was absolutely brilliant. His communication was great, from initially answering my call swiftly, explaining the problem and providing updates throughout the process and then taking the time to go above and beyond when I asked. They were under staffed due to sickness and the shop seemed very busy but everything was conducted with composure, speed and efficiency. Really friendly, personable guy who definitely knows his craft.

My wife took her iPhone 12 Pro Max into Ade after the loud speaker started to fail.
The part had to be ordered in but once it had got to the shop.
Ade had it fixed within the time slot he’d given us to come back and collect.
Value for money was great as he’d quoted us before ordering the part.
Thankfully visits for repairs are few and far between, but I will always recommended Ade and the team. Their work is top notch and genuine parts are used!

Very good service. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of repairs to their devices or just trying to recover data. Really good communication throughout and very considerate, letting me know well ahead of time that they would be unexpectedly closed. I would have no qualms going back to them for a repair or for second hand electronics.
