It’s hard to rate this store when, in fact, Norwich residents have no other choice. Today I bought a monitor, I waited 30 minutes to find stuff, terrible confusion in this store, they don’t know what they are selling, it turned out that I bought a completely different monitor, colour, etc than I need one. I have no idea what is causing it, but there is disorganization inside. Irritated customers. What is on the shelves is the opposite of the description, causing you to buy something different. The employee wasn’t sure what he was selling. The worst thing is that there is no other store in this city where you can see large offer of electronics or other equipment. Probably this “Currys monopoly” on Norwich causes customers to simply evaluate this store positively when in fact the internal organization is of very low quality.
It’s sad that Norwich is becoming an increasingly backward city. Unfortunately, Currys confirms this and each visit is a tragedy for the customer who has to face it.

I think a lot of the comments on here are slightly unfair to the staff, and often dramatic. Yes the service is not always the quickest, and today I experienced having to wait a little while for the right person to handle my queries. However, when I was handed over to Jack, everything was a pain free and friendly experience. I traded in an old mobile and ordered a new one, while trying to pay with a voucher I had on the old phone. Jack did absolutely everything he could to make sure my experience went well and I got everything I needed. He helped me choose the right options for me in terms of pricing and offers, and was thorough all the way through. I think for such a large store they do struggle with the staff they have at busy times but people need to remember that they are dealing with humans and not an extension of the company profiting from their uncomfortable shopping experiences. If I had the choice, Jack would be my first pick as a representative and I want to say a big thanks to him!

I am very direct. Walked in asked kindly for some info on a tablet, case and memory card for my daughter. Decided I’d have the bundle to the delight of the sales staff whom seamed quite unfamiliar with sales, lost his key to the display unit storage, left my standing about on shop floor with expensive items in my hand, he disappeared for far to long. By the time I got to the check out to pay I wasn’t able to because someone had bought that exact item online. The product was no longer available to me. Terrible. I was left empty handed needing a tablet.
I can’t see them surviving much longer. Big shop no service, no substance. What away to treat a prospect.
