Ive just realised that Phone Revive left a 5 star rating on my google profile, for their business, without my permission.

this is changed to a 1 star because of these following reasons:

took my phone in (galaxy s10) to get a new screen fitted. was charged 190PS in total. i got the phone back two weeks later covered in glue around the edges of the screen and the back of the case had cracked. this was FINE before taking it to this store.

over the course of the last two weeks, the new fitted screen has started to com apart form the phone, the screen scrolls, types, on its own with no input form me, half the time the screen has deadspots where no touch screen features are working, and when i can type, it randomly deleters entire messages in the keyboard. scrolling facebook or discord keeps bugging and scrolling on its own, as if im using the phone in the rain, when the screen is dry and clean.

i took the phone back a day after warranty for the screen repair ( not being told anything about warrenty, or being given a proper receipt,) and the shop owner was very rude about it saying its my fault. he offered to only take the screen off, and re fix the same screen making sure connecters were all attached, however when i collected the phone, the back of it has been cracked , even more than before. the screen had more glue covering the egdes, and is worse than before witth the scrfeen scrolling, keyboard spams, and deleting messages. it feels as if a viurs has been installed, causing the phone to act out on its own. very dissapointed with this store, and to find out theyve left themselves a 5 star possitive review, on MY phone, without my KNOWLEGDE,, that is totally unacceptable, and make me worry about other ptoential; customers whop have faced the same issues.

needless to say ive contacted citezens advice and will be seeking compensation.

ive contacted the store owner, with these issues, and he says, “GoToHell With Citezens Advice”.

Originally gave a 5 star review as phone looked good within the same day the phone screen that was replaced stopped working properly not letting me get into the phone sometimes until I reset the phone. I took the phone back into the shop he said he would call the phone screen supplier and he would call me back the next day. While in the shop he said if push comes to shove I will give you a phone worth the same as the screen 135 PS. I said no I wanted that in the first place I would have just bought another phone . 2 days later I am still waiting for my phone call. Looking through past reviews it looks like this problem happens regularly at this store. Please avoid for you and your phones own good. Rip off merchant.

AVOID! All 5 star reviews are fake, I could give my phone and a repair kit to a pre schooler and it’d be better. Owner is childish and they even leave 5 star reviews on other people’s accounts without their permission
