I don’t usually write reviews, but I cant let them get away with conning someone else the way they did me. I took my laptop in to put an unhinged screen back into place (still worked fine by the way) and 20 minutes after picking it up, the laptop shut down completely on me. I took it back in, the next day they call me saying it will cost PS500 to replace the chip inside. I’ve had the laptop 3 years and it’s never been a problem, then coincidently after they’ve taken it apart the laptop doesn’t work and they want me to pay PS500 to fix it? no responsibility was taken, the manager refused to talk to me which I found very unprofessional and whenever I asked Darren to give me an explanation, he just shrugged his shoulders and repeatedly said no. DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!

Had a problem with PC – took it in on a Friday mid morning expecting it to take a week. Engineer phoned just before 5pm the same day. Problem identified and options given to replace power supply and graphics card. Picked up on the Saturday. They also cleaned the processor cooling vanes and fan. Very good service and not too expensive – PS30 deposit which covers you for the first hour of repairs + parts. Excellent value and would recommend to anyone else.

I dropped my cf54 rugged laptop of on Thursday morning after I discovered it’s not as tough as it needed to be collected next day with a new screen fitted and cleaned and working all done at a great price
