My laptop fan was make a terrible noise, the team here, booked it in and diagnosed a faulty fan, let me have my laptop back while they awaited a replacement fan and in no time they were calling me to bring my laptop back in. The replacement fan was installed and tested the same day, ready for me to collect. I can’t recommend them enough, friendly, professional and excellent value for money. Don’t hesitate to use this local business. I highly recommend them.
I was delighted with the service I had on Easter Saturday. My printer’s problem was diagnosed well and they showed good grace when it came to exchanging an item that I found surplus to my requirements (under the circumstances, of course, of it being new and unopened).
