I recently had my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen repaired at this service, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After the initial screen replacement, I encountered numerous issues:

Typing Issues: The new screen caused my typing to become erratic, with letters jumping and lines shifting unpredictably.
Camera Damage: Post-repair, my back camera stopped working, making it impossible to record videos.
Battery Life Decline: The battery life deteriorated rapidly after the screen replacement.
Screen Quality: The quality of the new screen was noticeably lower than the original.

When I returned to address these issues, the technician replaced the screen again, but the problems persisted. He suggested that the battery might be the cause and offered a free battery replacement. worth PS40. However, given the track record of the repairs, I no longer trusted his workmanship and declined.

To verify his claim, I consulted Apple, who confirmed that replacing the battery would only resolve battery-related issues and not the other problems caused by the screen replacement.

Despite multiple emails seeking resolution, the technician did not respond or offer a refund. I paid PS70 for this service, which ultimately left my phone in worse condition than before. I am now facing the prospect of spending over PS350 on a new screen or purchasing a new phone altogether.

Overall, I would not recommend this service due to poor quality repairs and inadequate and rude customer service. The technician deflected blame onto the battery, but it was clear that the problems began with the screen replacement. My phone, which is only three years old, became unusable due to the substandard repair.

Can’t fault the work of these people. Smashed my iPhone 14 pro max rear glass and they replaced it. Looks like new and like it never happened. Used their mail in repair service and it was safe and secure. Price for the repair is very reasonable especially compared to what Apple charge for the same service.
