I’m extremely disappointed with Laptop Station’s warranty service and technical repairs service. Their handling of my formal complaint was biased and ignored important details regarding the service I received.

When I purchased my laptop from Laptop Station, I expected their warranty service to provide peace of mind and efficient solutions. However, the reality fell far short of my expectations. Their technical repairs team lacked expertise and professionalism. They failed to diagnose the issue correctly before taking my laptop apart and then when the issue persisted months later they said they would charge me for the repair (even though it should have been under warranty).

What added to my frustration was their biased approach when I filed a formal complaint. They conveniently left out crucial details, presenting an incomplete picture of my experience even though there was a clear paper trail. Such biased handling of customer complaints is unprofessional and undermines trust.

Laptop Station’s warranty service and technical repairs team have let me down. Their lack of accountability and biased complaint handling have left me wishing I purchased my laptop elsewhere. I caution others to reconsider relying on their services.

I hope Laptop Station takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their warranty service, technical repairs, and customer complaint handling. Transparency, accountability, and genuine commitment to customer concerns are essential.

Great service and laptop from Laptop Station! I needed a new laptop for work and found a Lenovo Thinkpad at a good price at Laptop Station. The laptop was advertised in “as new” condition – and when it arrived I was very happy to see that it looked like it had never even been used!

I’ve been using the laptop for a few days now, and it’s perfect for my needs.

Delivery was fast and efficient, with great communication from Laptop Station.

I was really impressed by the superb service and expertise at Laptop Station. My i phone had stopped functioning so I took it in. I was seen immediately and the man asked if I’d tried doing a ‘hard reset’. As I hadn’t and I didn’t know what that involved he did it for me. He pressed a combination of side buttons and a few seconds later he returned the phone. It was restored to full working order and I was delighted. I thanked him and asked if I could pay and he said, ‘No charge’.
