Dropped off two laptops for diagnosis and repair. Was kept waiting for a week, went in to follow up as there was no communication, was told to wait another 3 days. Still no communication, but at this point was on holiday. When I finally came in after two weeks, they actually sent me a diagnosis. However, prices were extortionate compared with other local repair shops, and at this point I was pretty fed up with being messed around. So I picked up my two laptops, only to find that one of them was actually working! They had planned to charge me despite the fact that the problem that I had described had gone away somehow, which feels a bit dishonest. The only upside was that Sam was very kind, but the woman working there I can only describe as incapable. Avoid this place.

My family and I have been going to Sam for a number of years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. HIs knowledge, expertise and customer service are exceptional. Sam gives thorough details and options re: the issues that he finds so the customer is able to make an informed decision about next steps. On his advice I bought a reconditioned laptop, a new printer and most recently a new Yoga laptop from him at an extremely good price. The Yoga laptop is slim, versatile and portable. I’m still discovering it’s many features. Suffice it to say it does everything I need it to and more. Sam goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I can’t recommend him enough.

No stars, no communication at all. I had constantly chase to find out when things will be done. He promises to call but never does and the shop is closed from Friday to Sun. it took him 2 weeks to tell what was wrong with my equipment.
Slow and out dated service! Sad as we want to support local businesses! Slow tech is letting the side down!
