For an electronics shop, I wouldn’t expect the level of customer service they provided the few times I’ve gone. Always quickly welcomed as soon as I step through the door and asked if they can be of any service, whether you are just browsing or going in with an idea of what you need.

I’ve been to get my phone screen fixed (twice, I’m quite clumsy) and they also managed to fix my partners AirPods that were playing up. I’ve bought a laptop from them at a more then reasonable price and have had no issues and they always assured me if any did arrive that they would sort them out.

Couldn’t recommend this shop enough, a great addition to the local community.

Top tier customer service from Eric and Alex, both of them took their time out of the busy day to sort out my problem with my iPhone. I was told by the shop around the corner that it was dead and they couldn’t do anything about it. They wasted a week of my time and left me phoneless, making me lose business because of this. I went around to Elect Tronex and came across Eric and Alex and they were able to sort out my problem within a day. Really appreciate you guys and I wish you good business and success.
