Changed screen on phone which was cracked, they didn’t tighten the screws sufficiently so there were display issues until this was fixed, and a few days after I started getting dead pixels on the screen. Rather than taking responsibility for cheap screen replacement products, I told I must have damaged it. Left with a broken phone and PS90 worse off. I was also given screen protectors as part of the service, neither of which actually fit the screen. Pretty shocking service.

Very bad service. Paid 20 pounds as service fee for iWatch series 6 to be repaired. Not only they couldn’t fix it, they told me that they didn’t know what is wrong. He wasn’t keen to refund any of the service charges though. Avoid this shop as they have no technical knowledge and no professionalism and you will just get ripped off. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
