I called here to have a replacement battery on my Samsung S10. The replacement turned out to be worse than my original battery for keeping a charge. I returned to the shop where they allegedly ran tests on the battery and said it was fine. I asked if they used new batteries and they said yes. On asking to see a battery, I noticed it was in resealable plastic bag similar to ones used in a kitchen. The battery was dented and all numbers were defaced so as to be illegible. My replacement battery was changed again, but I was told this was a good will gesture and they would not repeat it. This battery is as poor as the original replacement. What is the point of a 30 day guarantee when being told this? Also it is cash only on repairs. I wonder why that is? So you can’t request a bank refund no doubt. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Went to Tech Corner in Birchwood as my wife was having trouble with her few years old Samsung tablet, fully expecting to have to purchase a replacement. However, after examination by Tech Corner a new sd card was installed. This did not completely fix problem so took it back. The young staff member spent a considerable amount of time correcting all the issues now working perfectly, just charged for sd card. Great service by friendly, approachable and competent staff. I’ve visited this store many times as I am always satisfied with my experience there. I’ve had a few repairs done from here and I haven’t had any issues with them.
