I have always used 1MB Tech to fix my phone, buy earphones and lightening adapters because I think buying local is important. As is service and until my last visit I would have said service here was excellent. I purchased a lightening headphone Jack (not Apple) and within a week it came apart, I had not even taken the blue protective film off it. On returning this to the shop for a replacement I was informed that it was something I must have done to break it and there would be no replacement……bad show. I just purchased another lightening Jack from an Apple store only to find this was actually cheaper and has a one year warranty so I know where I will be taking my custom from now on….very sad

AVOID – Zero Stars if i could – Took my phone in for replacement screen and the team put the wrong screen on my phone!! Instead of owning the mistake and apologising. I was informed it was I who advised them to put the wrong screen, and was shouted at when i said that simply wasn’t true. At one stage i was advised they could prove it was me, using the web cam recording of the call. Obviously i was happy to do this as i was telling the truth. Suddenly this was too much effort to pull these recordings and they finally agreed to remove the incorrect screen and return my money.

Since all the reports about proximity car keys being compromised by thieves using computer programmes too remotely read and duplicate the key data, we’ve been looking for a solution that was convenient to use and effective.
After looking online and seeing many unimpressive reviews about other supplier’s products, I went to 1MB tech and purchased the ideal solution and at 5.99 it was affordable too!
If you like me are concerned about this issue I can’t recommend 1MB enough.
