Where should I start!!!! If you want to be made to feel as if you’re a liar please go ahead and visit this branch. Otherwise, I’d say go to the one in the meadowhall retail park.
My uncle purchased a printer HP brand, he’s 82 years old. He asked if I could help him set it all up. We followed the setup steps which were straightforward but for some reason couldn’t get the printer to connect to the PC and recognize the ink cartridges. Took the printer to this branch (as you can return items at any store). Explained what was happening and the staff there tried to recreate the fault and showed me how they could print a test page with no issues. But here lies the problem they didn’t recreate the fault as the printer connects to the PC wirelessly and that’s where we were facing problem as it was not connecting to the PC to print. They just simply printed a test page.
I requested if we could buy another printer worth 4 times the price of this one but no they were just going on about how they managed to print the test page. Asked me to bring my uncle’s PC which I explained is a desktop machine not a laptop. Came up with all sorts of useless solutions like get in touch with HP. And the cherry on top was the moment when the lady presuming she was the manager just left mid conversation with a “oh! Don’t want this right now” attitude.
So we picked up the printer and went to the meadowhall retail park where they simply replaced the printer with the one we chose and we paid the price difference. Wasted a lot of time for nothing just trying to prove us wrong when we had instant replacement insurance with our initial purchase only if they had bothered to read the receipt.

Came here with my family to look for a new washing machine, the store environment is clean and really easy to navigate and all the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you would like advice on buying a new washing machine I would particularly recommended speaking to either Steve or Beth as they were both very helpful in helping us make the right decision and made it a lot less confusing when trying to compare all the different brands and features. Overall very pleasant experience.
Went to buy a new laptop, I talked to one of the guys and it seemed not to be in stock so I went outside had a google and found an alternative. When I went back in I talked to another customer assistant and he was brilliant. He showed me around all my options and he even found the first laptop that I thought was out of stock! Result, I went home happy with my new computer! Thanks so much to Bryan!
