This ‘business’ broke my iPhone 7 home button whilst replacing a cracked screen. The home button on iPhone 7 phones can only be fixed by Apple and not any other third party. Once Joseph realised the damage he had caused (the cost of an iPhone 7 – approx PS700) was irreparable by him, he tried to place the blame on me by accusing me of changing the screen again myself after collecting it from him (if I knew how to change my screen I wouldn’t have taken it to a repair shop). All in all, lost PS100 on paying for the repair and lost PS700 in value in my phone as I had to replace it with a new one. Avoid

The owner of the repair shop is called Joe ,he is the nicest man you can find,he will help with your phones etc, nothing is too much bother and repairs are cheap there.He was looking for a glass tempered screen saver for my tablet ,poor man trying to find the right size for it,but after a few weeks he found the perfect one.Many thanks Joe, I highly recommend this shop for repairs etc.

After being let down by a repair shop in Rushden and quoted in excess of PS45 to replace a mic/port in my Samsung by several other shops, Joe simply tried cleaning the mic with a toothbrush before mis-selling me something I didn’t need and it worked! Such a lovely and professional man, would definitely recommend and will always visit here with any future problems! Thank you so much!
