So I spoke with Jack starting a couple months ago about upgrades to my 10 ish year old rig and within an instant he was on the case showing me my options we upgraded my GPU and COOLER as I had got my hands on it broke something and glued it together again and some tech side work on the CPU side. Jack slotted me in and went to work there’s life in the old girl again and super quiet! Very knowledgeable guy and thanks to him I now have many more years of game time ahead! If you need a computer wiz jacks your man.
Took my son’s gaming computer with a graphics card issue. Jack was very friendly and professional with an obvious passion for his job. He kept us up to date and managed to sort the issue for us that day. He even optimised the graphics card and sorted out the noisy fans. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend FPS Labs.
From beginning to end Jack was super helpful. He provided a very thorough health report of the computer and shared his recommended upgrades in addition to the original repairs.
