Kevin was recommended to me. Although I live hundreds of miles away, I chose to use his reliable computer services for my laptop upgrades, whilst I was visiting family in the area. A great person to do business with. Perfect for what I needed. Professional, knowledgeable giving options and advice, very friendly and clear integrity. Important when you need your laptop worked on – a sensitive piece of equipment that is relied on. I left my laptop with Kevin over the weekend, whilst I made onward visits. My laptop is used daily and an important tool in my life. I only wish I lived nearer, so that I had his excellent services that I could return to as future repairs over the years are an inevitable part of life. A really decent man.

I have had a very bad experience with this chap and I would never recommend him to anyone – His advert states no fix no fee – He took PS60 off me but never fixed my computor – I have asked him on several occasions for my money to be refunded but he has blocked my calls – I have also asked him for a receipt for the payment – Again ignored – He states that he is a microsoft partner and asked him for his ID number – Again ignored. People like this should and will be reported to Trading Standards – I see that he has responded – slagging off my home – naming me on social media – racist comments? I think he needs to ask himself seriously who is the racist one!!!
