I deeply regret having used this company. I had a cracked screen and I thought this would be a convenient option. I paid for the repair and a couple of weeks later, my phone would not turn on at all. I went straight to the Apple store in an emergency because I needed my phone that day as I was going away the following morning. When they took the case off my phone, it was immediately clear that the screen was actually falling off. I told them that I had got it repaired and they explained that the hardware had been damaged in the process and the chip in the charging dock was damaged as well, in addition to the actual screen repair being ineffective.

I immediately had to buy a new phone as I was going away. Once I came back, I contacted the company to resolve the issue. They came to have a look and said that because I had taken it to Apple (the actual manufacturer) they were no longer responsible. I argued against this, to which they claimed I must have dropped it and done the damage myself which was absolutely not the case. If you drop a phone, the screen cracks (trust me, I know from experience), it doesn’t detach and fall off. Despite my argument, they were not willing to help at all.

So in conclusion, I paid PS160 for a screen repair, which resulted in my PS800 phone being completely broken and out of use, and me actually having to replace it. If only I had just paid full price with Apple in the first place I would have saved myself a lot of time/money and avoided a lot of stress.

December 2021: Amazing service!

Extremely professional, fast, very understanding and accommodative.

Martib managed to book in a same day appointment and finished the work very professionally within 30 minutes. He explained the process well and showed the steps taken. He was very communicative throughout.

Very seamless and quick process. I would strongly recommend them. Many thanks to Martib for his great job.

October 2022:
My screen was playing up and turns out it was manufacturing defect. I contacted Martib as it was still under warranty period. He asked for a video of the issue. Once I shared that, he said it was manufacturing defect and agreed to replace the screen. He had an extremely busy day and came to replace my screen at 10:30 pm. For a free warranty replacement, he came at 10:30 pm and completed the job! If this doesn’t speak for dedication and great customer service, I don’t know what does.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing service! I had never heard on an iPhone repair service that comes to your location! I was at a conference in Heathrow and dropped my phone. The left side became unresponsive so my phone was useless. I did a quick Google search and found iRepairMan. They responded to my email request so quickly and the repair man made his way to me within an hour or so. 20 minutes later my phone was fixed 🙂
The man that fixed my phone was very professional, polite and friendly – and a life saver!! I’d have been lost as the conference continued for another day! Thank you so much for helping me so quickly and efficiently 🙂
