I’d like to add this review to the amazing chap who owns Jas Communications. It’s about this man’s integrity and honesty! I dropped my phone in a service station on my way up to Saltburn and only realised I’d lost it driving further up the M1. Cut a long story I called it and he’d found it and he brought it straight to me at National Express car park in Milton Keynes. What an honest man …I didn’t get his name but I wanted to thank him on here. He would be a man to do business with!
My tablet wouldn’t charge so took it here to see if anything could be done. The assistant took it away & returned a few minutes later having removed a tiny piece of paper from the port. My tablet was now in full working order & he wouldn’t take any payment for the amazing service provided. If we have any other issues with our mobiles or tablet we will make this company our first port of call!
Regretfully went to Mobile HUB Stapleford before finding JAS Communications. Welcomed by a lovely, polite bloke with a no nonsense attitude. Could have made more money from the transaction but instead was professional, fair and went for a nonprofitable solution. Would highly recommend, will be returning and also be referring on anyone with a technical need.
