Great service.

I ordered a Crowpi L laptop case for Raspberry Pi which arrived well packed. It was the wrong version so SB Components arranged the return and sent me the right one (easy mistake to make as the manufacturer version label is minuscule!). Can’t ask for any more from a supplier!

I have bought from them before – as well as their website, it looks like they also sell through eBay and Amazon – and everything I’ve purchased has been good quality (eg micro HDMI to full size HDMI).

Would definitely recommend.

My old laptop was past it sell by date and was running so slowly, so I decided to upgrade. The staff were so helpful. They explained I needed my new laptop fairly quickly as my son had work to complete for his A levels, so the staff stayed late to try and get me up and running. It took a little longer, but the next morning they called to say everything had been transferred to the new laptop and it was ready to collect.

Great disabled access too – which is really useful if you are carrying in a heavy tower pc in for inspection, I literally hit the large ‘open door’ button with my behind 🙂

Hopefully I don’t have any hardware issues again, but if i do i am coming back to SB!
