STAY AWAY AT ANY COST – I SPENT PS140 AND NOW MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK . They were asked to change the casing of my Iphone as the glass was broken (but the phone was in full working order), they charged me PS140 I have to come back 4 times, every time the casing was totally scratched or broken. Eventually I accepted the last one, but when I arrived home I noticed the battery health was down from 98% to 90% – the next day the battery was dead – and not recharging and the phone was flashing a message saying the battery had been replaced with a non-original battery – basically they changed my healthy battery for an old/damaged one. When I went back they asked more PS40 – I refused and went to Apple – who confirmed that the messaged meant that they changed the battery. Also Apple refused to touch the phone as they casing they put had a dent too – which means that I spent PS140 and cannot use my phone anymore. They refused to give my money back AND tried to avoid giving me a receipt. The last time I went back there was another customer asking their money back as they mis-sold him an IPOD claiming to be of a different generation. I am now going complain to Trading Standards and suggest anyone with a problem with this shop do the same – they-re dishonest and should be out of business.

I do not recommend!!! I went with a cracked back of the iPhone and they ruined my entire phone! The touch didn’t work, half of the screen didn’t respond to anything. They decided to replace the screen. After 2 weeks it broke again and did not respond to touch. I went again because they told me I had a one-year warranty. They replaced it, but after a month it broke again. Of course, they replaced it again, but after another month it didn’t respond to touch again. Then they said the warranty didn’t cover it because it was my fault. He opened the screen and when he opened it it was cracked and he said it was normal for it to crack and left me like that. Really avoid this place! a waste of time, money and nerves. I really, really don’t recommend it.

I went there to buy AirPod pros and they sold me fake ones and gave me a fake receipt, when I came back after checking that the noise cancellation and spatial audio did nothing to the music and it said it was covered by apple care when I had never bought that ever in my life, that’s when I knew it was a fake apple serial number so I went back and they kept arguing with me and refused to give me my money back. I had just bought a pair of apple AirPods from apple and they were a lot heavier than the fake ones and they updated to the latest AirPod software as the fake ones didn’t. I hate this place and I want to warn anyone who buys anything from there to be extremely careful and if you claim they are fake, they will never give you your money back
