My wife’s phone had a charging issue and Vodafone directed us to Fone World. I can’t praise Mark enough! He rapidly diagnosed the problem and found he had a replacement charging port in stock. He said he was able to do the repair straight away. This was completed in just 30 minutes. We then both asked about new screen protectors. These were expertly fitted. The service we received was first class and the prices were brilliant. I highly recommend this store.

Dave and Marc were amazingly helpful to my aunt whose phone had completely died! She had an IPhone 11 which kept overheating and lost charge totally very quickly. Dave gave her lots of great advice and she ended up buying an IPhone 13. She was able to trade in her 11, he dealt with moving all her data across, threw in a cover and screen cover which was so kind! I would highly recommend the team and this store! Honest, super helpful and so friendly!!

dropped & cracked my phone — the top bit of the screen wasn’t working & the bottom half kept glitching in and out. phoned ahead of time & was quoted for a reasonable price; went in to get it fixed & it was done in less than an hour. an issue arose along the way with the front camera but they fixed that up asap too & put on a screen protector too. impeccable and speedy service — cannot recommend enough!
