A brilliant professional service. My phone screen became badly water damaged the day before. We took it to Tech World in the first instance and the shop owner provided a very helpful overview of the different options and associated costs for either repairing the existing phone or purchasing a new phone. I decided on a new phone and within a couple of hours all the data was transferred and I was good to go. A great relief after all the initial worry. Would highly recommend for sorting any phone issues or when looking to purchase a new phone.

What a Service and Skills Jack of Tech World Mini Mart has! Tried others, couldn’t sort it. It was a complicated series of problems. Tied of trying to get Samsung help, a certified Samsung repairer gave all the reasons not to take it there. Within 2 hours Jack had sorted it all out! Also watched him fitting screen protectors. So fast and accurate takes me ages. He fitted one to my S21 too. I would have paid much more for repair. Don’t go anywhere else. David

Went in for a glass screen protector fitting on my iPad after I’d had issues with the case lifting up the previous ones.
Instead of trying to sell me a new case he offered to adjust the existing case so it wouldn’t lift again. No bubbles or dust on the screen and the case fits fine. Great job and all done while I waited.
