Took my phone in for repair as i had issue with ee network on my phone and the guy qouted me PS45 for repair. I took it back to ee shop in workington and they just pressed few buttons and fixed the issue without any charge and informed me that phone was fine I accidentally switched off my mobile data but this gentleman in shop tried to get PS45 out of me for turning mobile data on in my opinion he knew what was the issue but still tried to rob an old age pensioner. Disgraceful.
Total rip off sold me a phone for PS250 and it never worked right from the day one.when I went back next week to complain he offered me PS90 for the phone for him to take back.it was not even a UK phone. Stay away such a con artists.
