We recently had our Samsung TV repaired here after it just went pop. The gentleman came out the same day to inspect the TV, identified the part that had gone and was back the next day to install the repaired part and TV was as good as new. Nick came out to our Kingsley address with an hour. He analysed the problem which was the HDMI output of a Freeview box/TV Recorder. He was able to reroute the output to the TV from a Scart Lead and we were soon good to go and avoiding having to buy expensive new hardware. Callout charge was very reasonable and service was very polite and efficient, thoroughly recommended.

Had issue with tv, sound but no picture. Thought I was going to end up forking out for new tv.
Called Nick who came next day and diagnosed problem. Replacement backlight ordered and he returned 2 days later to fix. TV now working great. Friendly, helpful and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Job well done
