I took my laptop into Euro computers of Lichfield Street Bilston and asked Raj if he could retrieve my forgotten Windows log on password, yes, he said we should be able to do that at a cost of PS16. He said if he was not able to retrieve the password then he would need to reinstall Windows 7, I stated that if he was unable to retrieve the password then do not reinstall Windows 7 but return the laptop unrepaired to me.
A few days later he phoned me to say the laptop was repaired, when I went to collect my laptop, he told me that he needed to reinstall Windows 7, I said I strictly told him not to reinstall Windows 7, he said it was the only way he could log on to Windows 7 and that it will cost PS70. When I asked Raj did he back up all the data prior to reinstalling Windows7 he replied NO!!
I paid PS70 to enable my laptop to come home with me as he would not release the laptop until the PS70 was paid. I sued Raj in court for the PS70 I paid and obtained judgment and recovered my PS70. Raj tried to rip me off and failed but he did manage to wipe all my files from the computer what a Dork, avoid Euro Computers at all costs, had I known how he trades I would have avoided him.
I have written this review to allow others to make an informed decision on where to have a computer repaired.

If I cud give 0 stars I wud. Absolutely useless ruined my daughters ps4. Wish I cud put some pics on to show the state of her board wen this clown had it. Overcharged me and it broke within 24 hours. Pls do not use this shop. He evan had the cheek to say my son was not normal cus he told him he was a rip of merchant. Pls do not give this person any of ur miney!!!!

It was taken apart professionally not by my son. Wen it was apart it was because it was no linger working. The board is not broken as u can c in the pics provided. I wudnt let u look at anything else I own
great staff had my laptop hard drive changed and they saved all my uni work off the dead laptop. saved my life as i had two years of work i would have lost and defo fail my course. polite friendly staff.. i heard black country mon comment that they shut and dont answer phone .. well every shop was shut during lock down ! every one was ordered to shut by boris !
